At Aram Therapy, I implement effective cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in order to provide my clients with the skills necessary to achieve their mental and emotional health goals. Although a therapist can help clients develop the skills necessary to deal with daily stressors, it is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not magic, but rather requires patience and participation from both the client and therapist. If the skills learned throughout the sessions are practiced, clients can have a more positive outlook on life and tackle life stressors in a more constructive way.
